When the moon hits your eye like a big-a pizza pie, THAT’S AMORE!
Win Wendy Markham’s July prize full of Italian goodies!
Enjoy good food, wine and romance? Then you’ll love reading THAT’S AMORE, the latest installment in Wendy Markham’s Chickalini Series, where Ralphie and Daria have something more in common then a love for pizza. You see, a spirit on the Other Side is playing matchmaker and won’t let these two get away from each other!
Reminiscent of the plot, the grand prize in Wendy’s July contest is a signed copy of THAT’S AMORE; a basket filled the makings of an Italian feast: pasta, olive oil, biscotti and other goodies, plus a CD of romantic Italian dinner music. Two runner-up winners will each receive a signed copy of one of Wendy’s earlier books. The drawing will take place July 31.

Is #6 really the last book in the series? I'm thinking SLIGHTLY KNOCKED-UP... ; )
Just wanted to let you know that on Saturday I purchased Slightly Suburban at Barnes and Noble. Has it been released officially yet? I thought that was an early find and wanted to let you know. I just finished She Loves Me Not....another great book. I haven't started the new one yet. Have fun on your summer "break" with your boys.
I just wanted to thank you for my gift card from Border's and the Snickers candy bar that you sent. The candy bar, unfortunately, didn't make it in the best condition. It was pretty flat and very melted. But I am trying to save it in the fridge as we speak.
Since you didn't have your computer I don't know if you have had a chance to go to my page and check out my Flutie pics. I had my husband help me with getting them on my page.
Just wanted to let you know that I FINALLY read WITCH HUNT last night. What a great book! (Not that I would have expected anything less-I know it's a fan favorite even though it's out of print.) I'm glad I was able to track it down. I really enjoyed Abbey's sarcasm. (Hmm, I wonder why...) But one question: You really have a thing for meat cleavers, don't you? ; )
John
I added the photos of "Flutie" and me on my page. With a LOT of help from my husband. I didn't get to add captions or anything. And the photo of him pointing at me to come up on stage I realize I used in a scrapbook I made for my friend, Debbie, in the red jersey. She moved to Delaware and I made her a scrapbook. Anyway, it was so much fun. I hope you enjoy the photos.
I forgot to thank you again for signing my books. I received them a while ago. I loved "Believing" and I can't wait for "Connecting". I am definitely a big fan. I have a friend who just had back surgery and she has been doing a lot of reading. I am giving her a copy of Dying Breath, to get her hooked on your books too. She reads as much as I do. She likes Lisa Jackson, so I know she will love your books too.
Hope you are still "chillin" and enjoying yourself.
