Comment by John on November 17, 2008 at 4:34pm: Well, I'm not a woman of any age. (Maybe that's why their web-site was being difficult, though I must admit that I am a member. But only for the "Golden Girls" trivia...) As for "guilty" pleasures, I have many. I won't call your books a guilty pleasure (because I feel no guilt!) but I will call them a pleasure. (I do feel guilty when my reading gets in the way of my writing, though-and that's pretty often!) Also, anything Gloria. (Or not...again, no guilt!) And then there are those "Golden Girls" re-runs, buttered & salted popcorn and soda at the movies, lattes from Dunkin' Donuts, shopping for the sake of shopping, collecting signed books (even when I already have copies!), reading my favorite blogs obsessively... And that's just the tip of the proverbial ice berg!
