Ok, I have to come out. I just can't read thrillers any more—especially ones with adolescent girls in peril (put that to the nth for girls named Tess).
Fortunately, I am still young at heart and have no trouble curling up with adolescent lit.
I just started reading Lily Dale: Awakenings and I am so so enjoying it. Of course I love all the plant references and I think the way you jump in and out of Calla's head is really effective. I was worried at first because that can be hard to pull off but, of course, I shouldn't have been concerned.
I do want to let you know that when they go to make the pilot, I have the lamp and the carpet for Odelia's house!
BTW did I ever tell you that I was born with a caul? (Ooooo Eeeee Ooooo!)
