Wendy Corsi Staub Community Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility. Subject to additional restrictions below, the Wendy Corsi Staub Community Contest (the “Contest”) is open to registered members of Wendy Corsi Staub Community website at (the “Site”), who are residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Wendy Corsi Staub Community (the “Sponsor”) and its affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and members of the same household, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win.

Mode of Entry. To enter, go to Wendy Corsi Staub Community and follow the online instructions. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same membership account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the membership account used to enter the contest at the actual time of entry. The authorized membership account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned a membership account by the Sponsor. Entrants will be subscribed to the Wendy Corsi Staub monthly email newsletter and subsequent contests unless entrants opt to unsubscribe. Selection of Winners. Winners will be notified by e-mail (at the e-mail address of the membership account from which his/her entry was submitted). Odds of winning will depend on number of correct entries received.

Prize. Each winner will receive the prize(s) identified on the Sponsor’s Site. Approximate retail value of the grand prize is $50. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution, cash, redemption, assignment or transfer of prize permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value. Condition of Prize Acceptance. Prize may be forfeited if 3 attempts to contact winner by e-mail are unsuccessful. Winner agrees to use of his/her name, address, likeness, and/or prize information, without further compensation, for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.

Prize--Disclaimer. No warranty or guarantee will be given by Sponsor with respect to any prize. Any and all guarantees and warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s or service provider’s terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to such entity for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to delivery cancellations, delays or other interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, related to a prize are the responsibility of the individual winner.

Contest Entry and Processing of Entries—Disclaimer. Sponsor is not responsible for computer, telephone, cable network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, or garbled or jumbled transmissions. Sponsor is not responsible for Internet//web site/use, net accessibility or availability, traffic, congestion or unauthorized human intervention, or for any damage to user’s system occasioned by participating in the sweepstakes or downloading any necessary information.

Sponsor May Disqualify Entrant. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant form this Contest or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Contest.

Sponsor May Suspend Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and the winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received prior to such time.

General Release. By participating in this Contest and/or by accepting the prize, entrants and winners release and forever discharge Sponsor and its directors, officers, agents, authorized representatives, employees, advertising and promotion agencies from and against any and all liability arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize, including, without, limitation, for personal injury, damage, loss or death, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy and merchandise/prize delivery.

Governing Law. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable country, federal, state and local laws and regulations. The laws of the United States and the State of New York govern this Contest. As a condition of participating in the Contest, and notwithstanding any terms to the contrary as contained in the Sponsor’s Terms of Use, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, by arbitration, located in New York County, New York. Arbitration shall proceed under the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.

Winners List. Usernames of the winners will be posted on Sponsor’s Site following the end of each Contest.

Sponsor. The Sponsor of the Contest is Wendy Corsi Staub Community.
